Dear All

We have been supporting student PRIYA.M who is doing 3rd year of B.L degree @ Govt Law College , Tirunelveli.

She is one among the 3 students (Total No of students: 80) who cleared all the papers till date. Now she is in 6th semester.

Her 5th sem marks are:

Indian Public Administration: 45

Jurisprudence : 53

Constitutional Law: 45

Law of property: 45

Law of Evidence: 48


We thank our members, donors towards her education.

Family Back Ground:
Her father and mother – both are patients- Not in a position to earn
money. Her brother earns 4500 Rs and gives 2000 Rs to the family. With
this amount they are surviving. They are staying in a rented house. No
other property. Daily bus fare itself is a problem for her. Priya travels 55
Km daily to go to the college.

TN, Kanchipuram Govt Special Home (Juvenile School) Visit report

Dear Friends,

1. We have visited to Government Special Home for Boys (juvenile students), Taluk Office Compound, Chengalpettu, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu – 603002 on 21st Feb 2015 to review existing project and discuss on current requirement.

2. We are running regular in-house Motorcycle Mechanic Training program (6 months to 1 year duration) for the home students. This project completely funded by Malar Trust, Italy.

3. We had discussion with Mechanic Training teacher Mr.Moorthy, Students and Home teacher/staff. Based on the interaction, we feel more students showing interested to attend Mecahnic training and they are requested tools to setup own shop when they will go out from the home. we may select the student and arrange the tools further to start their own shop.

4. Following students completed the course as part of last batch. We are going to issue certificate in this week.

5. Till last year, we had computer Center in this home. But we stopped our course because of very less students. Now 18 students showing interest and requesting basic computer courses. Currently we arranged one computer (Donated by India Sudar member) and planning to deploy 3 computers to educate 10 students. We required computers to re-start our work. If you can donate personal or office computers, it will be really helpful. Please help us on this.

6. We are planning to conduct writing, drawing, and sports competition for the students. If anybody interest to conduct this, Please reach us. student requested following sports kit.

7. we are planning to run regular Moral Education (Value Education) classes for the students. Please let us know, if you can participate.

SEBLA- Students’ own low cost models on science

Dear All,

All of you know very well that SEBLA project is being implemented in Karur and Thirupur Dts of Tamilnadu.

In this mail, we would like to share the low cost models prepared by students. Please find the photos at the given urls.

We have spent Rs. 1669 and Rs.3078 towards material purchase. Please find the attached project report for more details.

About SEBLA:

Science Experimental Based Learning and Awareness (SEBLA) project
is the brainchild of India Sudar. The objective of this project is to create
interest and awareness among rural students in science through real time
experiments. It helps to enhance their understanding and improve their
knowledge. Students studying in Panchayath and Government schools
are being benefited under this project.
