Please go thru Feb completed and March planned goals in AP.
We have fantastic Feb month assigning roles, nice meeting with Udhaya and other project leads and
developed program calendar (describing program activities at govt. school), financial support to the IAS aspirant,.
Thank you very much to each and everyone for your support and guidance.
Hopefully, we will continue same on March month too.
Feb completed goals:
1. Project lead roles assigned + District leads for Guntur and Chittoor identified.
Thanks for all who have send their names for various roles.
2. Financial support of 28,516 /-Rs to the IAS aspirant and requested concession of 15,000/- Rs at the coaching centre
Thanks to the donors for your valuable support to fulfill Sudhakar’s IAS dream.
3. Had Core level meeting with Udhaya, Ravi, Nageswara Rao, Sharad and Vamshi and generated program calendar.
4.Sharad performed survey at one govt of the school
Thanks Sharad for performing survey in your busy schedule.
5. SV Nikethan is planning to organize adult training program at Chitoor district – Tirupati region
This program is about to teach adults how to do signature, fill forms at banks, post-offices etc and provide information about govt schemes.

6. At each onsite, plans to spend 50,000 to 1lac rupees based on the requirement. It is depends on our fund availability.
7. Conducted survey at one of the orphanage at Sitafalmandi. (I will provide complete report by end of next week).
8.Orphanage cricket tournament – Rescheduled From Independence day 2012 to Republic 2013
Planned goals for March
a. Summer camp (30 days program during May at govt schools) – Drawing, Pot Painting, Paper cutting, moral education & career guidance, Yoga, Karate, etc
– Need to Identify 5 Govt schools (Vamshi already identified two schools, they are willing for summer camp)
– Requires 50 volunteers (Plans to pay money to volunteers on hourly basis)
– Need to contact shopkeepers and raise fund
– Get support from corporates
– Please support whatever way you want
– Need to prepare a showcase model to exhibit at shops/offices along with donation box
Estimated cost – 10,000-15,000 INR per onsite

Any shop owners or corporates interested to support in terms of volunteers or fund, please let us know.
We also help you to promote your business in a passionate way and attract more customers.
We will provide a handmade showcase model where you can keep it at your office or shop. It will promote your business
