Chennai: India Sudar had meeting with Digital Literacy Exnora

Dear Friends,
We(Sargunan.T, Karthikeyan.M & Udhaya Kumar.V) had meet with K.B.Sridhar, Chairman – Digital Literacy Exnora on 31-Oct-2009 at chennai to discuss about Exnora eLearning Content. We spend one hr in K.B.Sridhar office and he demonstrated eLearning content which is already they are using in some of the chennai centers and with some of the NGO’s.
About Exnora eLearning Content: Its 20 hrs eLearning content which will provide education on 1. Basic Computer 2. Ms-Office(World, Excel & PowerPoint) 3. about Internet. We can run this software in different mode like learning, interaction and test mode. So that student can do any exercise without using Ms-Office software itself. Yes off course we don’t required any teacher to use this software other then computer center. Currently this software available only in Tamil.
India Sudar Plan: We are planning to partner with Exnora to use this software in our Computer Centers in Tamil Nadu only. Hope your all already know, we are using “Azim Premji Foundation” CD’s which will provide education on subject(Maths, Science, etc), we have this collection in most of the Indian Languages.
In Tamil Nadu, Other then our India Sudar Computer Teacher course training, we will use Exnora and Azim Premji Foundation also to educate rural students.
In Karnatka and Andhra Pradesh, Other then our India Sudar Computer Teacher course training, we will use Azim Premji Foundation CD’s and Selected local language eLearning CD’s.
