Indiasudar Library Project Completion Report-TN

Dear All,

Our team has completed the second phase of our TN Library Project.  We have established 9 libraries recently. Based on the students’ strength we allotted the books and book shelves.

Monitoring……

In charge teachers from each schools are really sincere, dedicated and very interested youngsters. They allocate one period per week to utilize the library. After few months, some competitions will be conducted in each school (first phase-6 and second phase 9 schools) to motivate the students towards reading habits.

I am 100% sure that Libraries will be utilized effectively. After learning a lot from the first phase, we have selected schools based on the HM and in charge teachers’ interest.

Library Team:

I gave the directions and procedure to implement this project to our member Mr.Ram kumar (Doing M.A. Tamil-First Year-Regular Course). He and his friends completed this project with sincerity and dedication.

Cost Analysis:

At most care has been taken to minimise the cost. Bookshelves are prepared in Karur. All the indexing, books’ separation etc were done at Karur. Transportation charges (Karur to Mulanur) were taken care by all the schools.
