Dear IS members,

I take great pleasure in inviting you to the inaugoration of IS computer centre at the modest premises of Goverment Primary School,Mayanoor, Karur District.

Date : 3rd May 2009,

Time : 10.00 a.m

Total Cost of Project : RS.7380.00

Wiring : Rs.1650.00 ( Inclusive of labour)

Number of computers ; 3 Infosys donated and 2 from Goverment primary

school, Mayanoor. We are expecting few more systems from Infosys

shortly.

Computer tables : 5 tables Cost RS.1050.00 each, Transport Rs.250.00

Whitewash Of pemises : Rs.990.00, inclusive of labour. ( Looks posh,

since we used Asian distemper, to have neat finish).

Banner : Rs.240.00

We are still planning to add another ceiling fan and UPS.

FAculty Name : Ms. Ramya, Bsc Industrial electronics, & DCA presently

working as a Computer teacher at Lords Park Matriculation School,

Karur. She is a old student of this primary school, so she wants to do

as service, We have presently offered her Rs1000 for camp alone. For

regular course we have to decide later.

Course timing : for camp, 10.00 a.m – 12.00 noon, 4.00p.m to 6.00p.m,

we are plannning to operate 2 batches or the camp.

For regular courses the timing will be decided according to turnout of

students.

Beneficiaries : Students who have completed 5th Standard and upto 9th

standard, studying in goverment schools, in and around Mayanoor, Karur

District.

Your presence will be a great honour and motivation to all of us.

She is presently working as a Computer teacher at Lords Park Matriculation School,Karur.

It is worthy of mention here that she is an old student of this primary school and wants to do training as a service. We have presently offered her Rs.1, 000 for camp alone. It will be decided later regarding payout for conducting regular courses.

TRAINING CAMP [Eligibility & Timings]

Course timing for the camp: 10.00 am – 12.00 noon, 4.00pm. – 6.00pm.

We are planning to operate in two batches.
