I have visited to New Life Home (Onsite for work 1.6 & 2.8) on 08/Jan/2006 as per our regular review. I spend 4 hrs their.

I have discussed with following people about running work and new work implementation.

I felt like, this organization doing good. They are trying to provide good education for their students through our WORK. They have 48 students from 1st standard to 12th standard. This visit is very useful for me, for existing and new project implementation perspective.
I like to share some important message:
One of our teacher resigned from New Life. So we are closed this work.
I have recommended to find the new teacher for Jan-2006 to Apr-2006. They are working on this. Hope we will start another short term project their.
They are expecting to get some Computer Training for Home Students. I am also thinking the same. So I have discussed with Lalitha regarding this. She is ready to Give one room & appoint computer trainer.
We can start “India Sudar Computer Training Center” with 2 to 4 computers & we can maintain. So that Student will get benefit within the orphanage itself. Through this Training center, we can provide the training to same Village (Eariyoor) Students also.
I think, this is very simple to set up the Computer Training center. We can get secondhand computers or new (we can send the mail to our member for Secondhand computers also). We can maintain this center.
Why I am thinking is we don’t have any direct center to provide education. I think this is our Step of Initiative for our organization Growth.
